I am a PhD candidate under the supervision of Dr. Amy Hanser. My research interests lie in the intersection of work, organizations, gender, and mental health.


Research

My dissertation project examines organizations in the commercial psychotherapeutic industry in China and how their structures constrain and enable the delivery of mental health care.
