Grace Gletsu is a PhD student in Sociology at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She completed her Master of Arts in Sociology at UBC, where her thesis—Pathways to Leadership: Overcoming Barriers and Advancing the Careers of Women in Ghanaian Corporate Organizations—examined the gendered dynamics of career advancement and organizational leadership. Her research interests focus on gender and work, particularly issues related to inequality, leadership, and institutional structures. She also holds a master’s degree in development studies from the University of the Western Cape in South Africa. Her supervisor is Dr. Sylvia Fuller.
