Professor Emertius James Ponzetti
UBC Sociology sends our condolences to the family and friends of Professor Emeritus James Ponzetti, who passed away unexpectedly last week during the recovery phase after heart surgery.
Jim began at UBC in the Family Studies program in 2000, joined the Sociology department in 2007, and retired in 2014. He was a valued colleague, teacher, and mentor.
