Twenty doctoral and post-doctoral students from Europe, Brazil, the USA and Canada will gather at UBC for the Third International Summer School on Ageing, jointly sponsored by the Department of Sociology, SSHRC, the UBC Hampton Research Endowment Fund, the Italian National Institute of Health & Science on Ageing and the Centre for Ageing and Supportive Environments, Lund University, Sweden. Anne Martin-Matthews and Lindsey Richardson from Sociology will be faculty mentors, with 12 UBC and five international colleagues. View full announcement.
