About

Prior research focused on the labor market outcomes of migrants in Canada, analyzing pathways into employment and the role of identity factors—including ethnicity, education, and language—in shaping labor market trajectories. My MA research examines how workplace policies is designed to promote fairness and inclusion and its influence on the demographic composition of leadership, with particular attention to gender and racial diversity, as well as how these shifts are perceived by organizational members.
