PhD candidate Yijia Zhang
Zhang was awarded the fellowship within the Race & Technology stream as her research focuses on examining ethnic community members’ motivations and experiences of working at ethnic platforms. She hopes to contribute to understanding whether and how technology helps create economic opportunities within, and across, racial/ethnic boundaries.
