Grad Student Katherine Lyon receives SAGE Teaching Innovations and Professional Development Award granted by the ASA Section on Teaching and Learning in Sociology. The purpose of these awards is to prepare a new generation of scholars and leaders in the Teaching Movement in Sociology by providing supplemental funds to support participation in the Section on Teaching and Learning’s pre-conference workshop, “Active Learning Strategies for Classes Large and Small.”
